ACM Auction & Celebration Event
Join us Saturday, March 1st 2025 for Arapaho Classical Magnet’s inaugural live in person Celebration Event to conclude the five day long Online Silent Auction starting February 25th 2025.
This year's theme for the in-person Auction Celebration Event is ACM @ the DISCO! The celebration event will be set at the Rooftop Event Spot in Plano’s charming downtown. This year's event promises an evening full of celebration - music, food, friends, cocktails, and exciting silent auction goodies. 100% of the auction proceeds will benefit ACM’s incredible students, faculty, and staff, so mark your calendars and stay tuned for more details - we can’t wait to boogie with you!
WHY SHOULD I COME TO THE LIVE EVENT?
(☀) you want to contribute to the worthy cause of our wonderful ACM PTA initiatives including but not limited to campus improvements, special programs, field trips and much, much more!
(☀) you want to get to know the teachers, staff, and ACM parents in a fun and off-campus, adults-only setting;
(☀) you like to eat, drink, dance, people watch, play games, donate money, get dressed up, and/or have a grown-up night for a great cause;
(☀) you don't like to eat, drink, dance, people watch, play games, donate money, get dressed up, and/or have a grown-up night for a great cause, but your spouse or partner does. Do it for them!
WHAT'S IN THE SILENT AUCTION?
The silent auction will have items donated by businesses & ACM families, school perks- including Principal for the day, family-hosted parties for both kids and adults only, and opportunities for straight up donations to ACM. All bidding will be done on your mobile device through the Auction website/app. More information to come on how to set up your online bidding account.
Donate Auction Item
What is an item/service donation? Glad you asked! These are primarily donations from the business community, but we also solicit great items from the ACM community. These items can be anything! Examples include a gift card for goods or services, a parent-led crafting mahjong classes, parent-led donated fitness classes, a group of studio classes, tickets to events/games, cool experiences, vacation homes, etc. If you own your business or frequent a business you would like to introduce to the ACM community, you could donate the item, or ask for a donation on ACM Elementary's behalf!
Please submit the item or service you wish to donate to the auction in the form below and someone from our auction team will be in touch! The more details you can provide, the better and if you have an image or photo we could use for the auction website, please submit that as well. Thank you!
