Step into a world of magic and fairytales at the Glass Slipper Gala, an unforgettable evening of wonder to support our enchanting school community. Wander through whimsical hedge mazes, experience the charm of fairytales come to life, and dance the night away in the glow of Cinderella's castle. 

With a delicious dinner, dazzling decor, and spellbinding surprises, this auction party promises to be a storybook celebration you won't want to miss!

REGISTRATION FOR AUCTION

Register now by entering your phone number or email and complete the steps to register. If you purchased a ticket, please use the phone number you used for the ticket purchase. If you purchased tickets for additional guests, please make sure we have THEIR phone number (not yours) so they can log in and ensure records are kept separate.

 BIDDING

After you register and have a credit card on file, you may bid from your mobile phone or computer. 

SILENT AUCTION

The Silent Auction will close on Sunday, November 16th at 10:00pm! You will receive instant notifications if you have been outbid. There will be an option to set your max bid price per item. The last bid on an item when the Silent Auction closes will be declared the winner.

BUY IT NOW

Some items have a "buy it now" button. This option is so you can bypass the bidding race and claim the item for yourself early! Don't miss out on the most priceless items and Buy it Now!

HOW TO PAY

At the close of auction, each guest will be notified of their winning items and be prompted to submit final payment. We will process unpaid balances to your card on file at the end of the night with the 3.63% credit card processing fee included. Receipts will be sent via email. Thank you for your support! 

ITEM PICK UP

 Any item that can be sent virtually will be sent to you using your email registered in the bidding system. Anyone with physical items can pick them up On Monday, November 17th from 8am to 4pm or Tuesday, November 18th from 8am to 4pm at Sarah Preston's residence at 3516 St Johns Drive Dallas, Texas 75205.

No exchanges or refunds are permitted. All items sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully as some items may have restrictions.

WHY WE FUNDRAISE

Since 1914, Armstrong Elementary has been the heart of Highland Park, Texas, where young minds are inspired, dreams take flight, and a lifelong love of learning is fostered. On the 111th anniversary of Armstrong Elementary, we are excited to celebrate our school and community with a magical evening of wonder and possibility at our Glass Slipper Gala - a fairytale-inspired school auction that promises to transport us all to a whimsical world of enchantment and continued academic success.

Your profound generosity contributes to programs at our school that would otherwise not be funded. Despite our district’s higher than average income levels, the state of Texas employs a public-school funding formula that redirects property tax revenue from more affluent districts to those with fewer financial resources. The only way for Armstrong Elementary to support its many programs is through fundraising efforts. In addition to your donation being tax deductible, 100% of what we raise stays with our school and does not go back to the state. We hope you’ll join us for this one-of-a-kind fundraising event.
