About Our Event
Cassata Catholic High School was founded nearly 45 years ago to provide a rigorous curriculum for local students needing a unique, customized environment that prepares them for college and their chosen field. Since then, thousands of Cassata students have raised their education level, completed their secondary education, and become healthy, independent, and productive citizens.
Noche de Gracias (Night of Thanks) is an annual fundraising event supporting Cassata Catholic High School. This event has been graciously hosted by Jody and Lanny Lancarte at Joe T. Garcia’s Restaurant for over 20 years.
As Cassata Catholic’s only fundraising event each year, Noche raises approximately 10% of its annual budget from this event. Proceeds provide critical funds to supplement tuition for students in need, maintain individualized curricula, and provide additional social-emotional wellness programming.
