About Us
Children’s Cancer Fund's Annual Gala celebrates the fearless spirit of children and families facing pediatric cancer. This unforgettable evening brings together young heroes, their families, celebrities, researchers, and sponsors for a night filled with hope, heart, and purpose. Funds raised support life-changing local pediatric cancer research and provide uplifting experiences for children currently undergoing treatment at Children’s Medical Center Dallas and Plano.
The highlight of the evening is the inspiring fashion show, where each child takes the runway hand-in-hand with a celebrity escort, wearing an outfit of their choice donated by Dillard’s. Guests cheer them on as they embody the true meaning of courage; unrestrained, determined, and full of life. Together, we celebrate victories, honor memories, and continue our race toward a world where childhood cancer is a story of survival.
Children’s Cancer Fund champions kids in their fight against cancer through strategic investments in research and care in North Texas. We are a nonprofit organization based in Dallas, Texas that generates funds through several fundraising events throughout the year and private donations.
We are closely affiliated with Children's Medical Center and UT Southwestern Medical Center, both of whom are national leaders in the research and treatment of pediatric cancer. By working closely with these respected organizations, we are able to strategically focus our funds on improving treatment and care methods for North Texas children who are affected by all types of pediatric cancer.
