About the Event


A Pickleball Tournament benefitting Latitudes at Chicken N Pickle 

Date: Sunday, July 16th, 2023

Location: Chicken N Pickle Grapevine

Check-In Time: 12:00 pm

Registration Time: 10:30 am

Tournament Time: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Tournament Format

Round Robin Format with groups of 4 teams. Each team is guaranteed to play 3 games. Each match will consist of one game played to 11 points, win by 1. At the conclusion of Round Robin play, the 4 teams from all the groups will compete in a semifinal and playoff game. This means the top 4 teams from the Social Bracket will compete against each other and the top 4 teams from the Competitive Bracket will compete against each other. 

If you are new to pickleball or just want to play for fun, please select the Social Bracket. For those who want a more challenging format please select Competitive Bracket.

Winner & Playoff Information

DETERMINING THE WINNER: The top four teams from each bracket are identified as the teams that earn the most points and give up the least amount of points.

PLAYOFFS: (1st vs 4th) and (2nd vs 3rd) from the Social Bracket will compete against each other in a Semifinal game. The winners from each Semifinal game will compete against each other in a Final Game and the other 2 teams will compete for 3rd place. This same format is followed for the Competitive Bracket. Game Format will be determined based upon remaining time available. Ideally, games will be played to 11, win by 2 points.

OPEN PLAY: The remaining courts will be available for Open Play for players that are not competing in the semifinal and playoff games.
