Christ the King Catholic School, in partnership with dedicated faculty and supportive parents, celebrates its third recognition as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence.  As we work together to bring vision to our mission of educating the hearts, minds, and spirits of our servant leaders, we not only offer a rigorous curriculum that challenges our students to develop their gifts and talents and prepare them for the world ahead, but we also aim to offer an environment that promotes learning.  Often called the “third teacher”, after parents and faculty, studies have shown classroom environments stimulate and enhance student learning.  

In keeping with our focus of looking ahead and adapting to the ever-changing needs of our community, our campus improvement plan is currently in the exploratory and planning phase of the Bernadine Project renovation.  As Pope Benedict said “art and science are two of the highest gifts God has given us” along with art and music rooted in the history of the Catholic Church, the initial stage of the renovation will start with the Art, Music, and STREAM classroom spaces which impact all students.  Summer 2022 plans include: 

• Redesign and update the art room with new art tables and creative spaces, update cabinetry and storage, new vibrant wall colors, and add more natural light to enhance the creative learning environment.
• Redesign and update the music room with new risers or raised floors and functional seating centered around instructional teaching and equipment, improved acoustics, new facelift with paint and décor to stimulate musical expression.
• Redesign and update our science lab with STREAM in mind by adding new paint, updated cabinetry and storage, and new modular lab tables to enhance student collaboration, exploration, and experimentation with various laboratory tools and equipment.

Christ the King Catholic School and Christ the King Parents Association greatly appreciates the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and families as we aim to raise money through the annual soiree and auction. Christ the King Catholic School could not be the outstanding school it is without generous families and surrounding community.  Proceeds of this event will go towards the first stage of the CKS school improvement and renovation plan starting summer of 2022.  Thank you for your support in helping our Crusaders to Shine like the Stars!

Raffle

Raffle tickets will be available beginning March 1 for $100 per ticket. Now Extended...from March 1 to March 21, you can buy 3 tickets for $250.

Winner will be announced during the live auction. Winner does not need to be present to win.

Each ticket is only one entry into the raffle.
