About ECLH

The Exchange Club of Lake Highlands was founded in 1961 and is a civic organization committed to community involvement and enhancement in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas.  Including support and recognition of our first responders, teachers, and other community leaders and support of charities such as Family Compass, Exchange Club has given away more than $600,000 in scholarships to Lake Highlands High School graduates in the past five years alone.
