Terms of Sale

NRA FOUNDATION AUCTION TERMS OF SALE

By bidding you agree to the following terms of sale.

SHIPPING AND SALES TAXES WILL BE ADDED, AS APPLICABLE, PER THE TERMS BELOW.

All non-firearm items will be shipped by the NRA Foundation at the conclusion of the auction.  All firearm sales will be billed to include a flat rate of $40 for shipping. Merchandise items will be billed to include a flat rate of $15 for shipping. Appropriate state and local sales taxes will be added to the winning bid or "Buy it Now" price, as applicable, based on the shipping location in the following states:  AL, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, LA, MD, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, NE, OH, PA, RI, SD, TN, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY.

All firearm purchases will be shipped to the buyer's local FFL for transfer by the FFL in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The purchaser of the firearm will be provided with instructions on FFL requirements and how to submit the transfer paperwork at the conclusion of the auction. Firearms not claimed by 11/01/2024 will become the property of The NRA Foundation. If for any reason you are unable to complete the Firearms transfer, The NRA Foundation will retain ownership of the Firearm. All Federal, State and Local Laws apply.

Some items may not be lawfully available in all states. It is the bidder’s responsibility to understand any applicable federal, state, or local laws regarding all purchases made. Magazines will be removed from and not included with firearms when shipping to states with applicable magazine capacity restrictions.
