The Legacy Gala

The Legacy Gala is the signature fundraising event of the Irving Schools Foundation, where we honor the rich history of Irving ISD and the community leaders who have made lasting contributions to our mission. Since the inaugural Gala in 2011, proceeds have raised more than $4.5 million to support programs promoting educational equity and academic excellence throughout Irving ISD.

We remain dedicated to maximizing opportunities for teachers and students—a mission we have upheld for the past 39 years. Your partnership and commitment to our students and educators make it all possible!

Silent Auction

The Silent Auction will close on Friday, November 1st at 9:00 pm. You will receive notifications if you are outbid and have the option to set a maximum bid for each item. The highest bid at the time of closing will be declared the winner.

Buy It Now

Some items feature a "Buy It Now" button, allowing you to bypass the bidding process and secure the item immediately.

Payment

At the close of the auction, winning bidders will be notified and prompted to submit their final payments. Unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file, with a 3.63% processing fee included. Receipts will be sent via email.

Item Pickup

Virtual items will be emailed to the address registered in the bidding system. If you win a physical item, you will be contacted via email following the event. All auction items must be picked up at the event. Any items left behind will be donated back to the Foundation. The Fine Print

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. All items are sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully, as some items may have restrictions. Thank you for your generous support!
