At The Ladder Alliance, we work to provide survivors of domestic violence and low-income women with the tools necessary to lead self-sufficient, successful and independent lives by securing employment in today’s technological job market.

ELEVATE raises vital funding that allows us to continue providing these opportunities .With your support, we will continue to create a community of successful women through education, empowerment and encouragement. Through workforce development and career readiness, they will gain the skills needed to become self-reliant and become contributing members and leaders of the community.
