About Youth of the Year
For more than 75 years, the Youth of the Year program has been Boys & Girls Clubs of America's signature effort to foster a new generation of leaders, fully prepared to live and lead in a diverse, global and integrated world economy.
In the 21st-century world and workplace, leadership skills such as communication, goal setting, and teamwork are essential for everyone - especially young people preparing to meet the challenges of adolescence and adulthood.
These amazing young people represent the voice and spirit and hope of America!

2023 National Youth of the Year Committee
Youth of the Year is an opportunity to bring together friends, supporters, and advocates of the Boys & Girls Clubs movement and the critical work the Boys & Girls Clubs do in our communities every day. Our dedicated Leadership Committee is the reason for the ongoing success of this program. Thanks to their hard work and tireless efforts, we are able to raise critically-needed funds to evolve Boys & Girls Clubs, strengthen our impact, and enable more young people to reach their full potential!
