OEF Patriot Classic

About OEF

The mission of OEF is to support and encourage excellence in Owasso Public Schools by providing money to teachers for otherwise unfunded projects.

Every fall, OEF facilitates a Grant Program to provide funds for classroom activities that complement course curriculum. In 2023, Grant Patrol was on November 16th. The Patriot Classic

Join us on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 for the Patriot Classic benefitting Owasso Education Foundation. 

The Patriot Classis is a Four-Person Scramble Format hosted at The Patriot Golf Club in Owasso, OK.

Attire

Standard Golf Attire is appropriate. Tee Shirts, Tank tops, jeans and cargo shorts or cargo slacks are not permitted on the golf course. Caps must be worn forward and gentlemen must keep shirts tucked in. 

Revisions

If there is a revision of the sponsorship packages, you will be contacted by a member of the OEF Golf Committee regarding those changes. If you are not in agreement with the revisions, the sponsorship may be rescinded.

Cancelation | Postponement

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather of a health-related issue out of our control, the tournament may be canceled or postponed. In the case of a cancelation, sponsorship funds may be refunded upon request.

Sponsorship Agreements

We ask that sponsorships are paid in full no later than seven days prior to the tournament date. These funds serve to cover the operating expenses of the tournament, purchase sponsorship materials and more.

Delivery Time

Due to printing requirements for sponsorship materials, please provide your company logo no later than two weeks prior to the tournament date. Additionally, please provide names of participating golfers no later than three days prior to the event.
