Mark your calendar and save the date for January 4, 2025. The event will be held at the Legends Event Center, Bryan, TX. 

From amazing door prizes, raffles and more; this event will have something for the entire family. An entire evening of activities topped off with great food, fellowship and festivities, plus your chance to win door-prizes.

Bowhunters Bash and Dinner

Doors Open at 5 pm for PYnt Night and Happy Hour.

Join us for an evening filled with great food, fellowship and festivities. The evening will kick off with a PYnt Night social from 5-6pm. Tickets are $75 per person and include an entry for the door prizes. 

Want a whole table and some extras? Purchase a table for $1,000 and receive 8 dinner tickets and (1) $300 Bucket Raffle Ticket packages.

The Dinner will kick off at 6:30 pm.

Field Judging Championship

Are you up for a new challenge and ready to put your field judging skills to the test? If that was a yes, you need to join us for our second annual Field Judging Championship at the Bowhunters Bash.

You will have the chance to score 5 different species from the observation deck. The winner in each category will advance into the National Championship round at the upcoming 2025 Pope and Young Convention. Cost is $20 per participant. Participants will be entered into the Field Judging Raffle and have a chance to win some amazing prizes.

Field Judging will start at 5 pm and conclude at 7:30 pm – just prior to the live auction. Winners and prizes will be announced following the live auction.
