What is White Party?

The premier MetroTex TREPAC event of the year is BACK! Rub elbows with your fellow North Texas real estate professionals, and enjoy dinner, drinks, and live and silent auctions with incredible items up for bid as we celebrate private property rights and our successes in protecting them. Your entry to the event is a TREPAC investment and will help continue those efforts. White Party is back: don’t miss out!

Early Bird Pricing: Tickets will be $65 until March 30th!
Tickets bought on or after March 30th will cost $85

Your ticket includes Dinner and 2 Drink Tickets. A paid bar will also be available. 

How Can I Participate?

Click the "Register" button at the top of this page to participate. 

For those attending the event in-person, a team of auctioneers will be available during the evening to assist you with the bidding process.

Can’t make the event in-person? You can still register for the event and participate in the auction component from the comfort of your own home. To participate in the auction, make sure all of your information is correct when filling out the registration form. At 6:30pm on April 13th, items will open for bidding. Start bidding, and keep your eye on items you are interested in throughout the evening as bids come in both live and online. Once the auction closes at 8:30pm, you can celebrate your wins! Any items you win will be sent to the address you include in your registration. 

Contribution Information

Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to the Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) and the Texas Association of REALTORS® Federal Political Action Committee (TAR FedPAC)—which makes contributions to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC)—are voluntary and may be used for political purposes. The amount indicated is merely a guideline, and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal, and the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and its local associations will not favor or disadvantage anyone because of the amount contributed. Until the RPAC annual goal is met, 70% of an individual’s contribution goes to TREPAC and may be used to support state and local candidates; the remaining 30% is sent to TAR FedPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116. (Exception: 100% of an individual’s contribution goes to TREPAC if the individual is an employee of an affiliate member of Texas REALTORS®.) After the RPAC annual goal is met, 100% of an individual’s contribution goes to TREPAC and may be used to support state and local candidates.
