The 2025 Zion Auction and Gala will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 6:00 - 11:00 at the Empire Room.
Tickets include an exclusive live auction, silent auction, dinner, drinks, and a night of entertainment.
Proceeds from the event will go towards the much needed, full renovation of the Lunch Room for our students and teachers!!

Can I bid on items if I don't purchase a ticket or attend the event?
YES! You or your family or friends can bid on any of the silent auction items and purchase raffle tickets. See below in "How it Works" on how to register to bid, and send to your family and friends!
What is the attire?
Step back in time to an era of big hair, puffy sleeves, and cummerbunds! Ladies, channel your inner Molly Ringwald with glamorous, ruffled, satin or silk taffeta dresses. Gentlemen, embrace your inner Andrew McCarthy with sharp tuxedos and classic bow ties. Mullets optional, but encouraged.
What should I expect at the event?
After checking in, grab a drink and peruse the silent auction items. Buffet dinner will start at 7:30, followed by the live auction. Seating is not assigned and is first come, first served.
Where do I park and enter for the event? Is there a discount code for Rideshare?
We highly encourage you to use a ride share service such Alto, but self parking is available. Use Zion25 for $30 in Alto Ride Credit ($15 off for 2 rides)!
HOW IT WORKS
Registration
If you have purchased tickets, you are already registered. No need to register again.
If you did not purchase tickets, or you have family or friends who would like to register, click the Register Now link (once active).
Bidding
After you’re registered and have a credit card on file, you may bid from your mobile phone or computer.
Silent Auction & Raffles
Silent Auction will open Thursday, February 27th at 1:00pm and close on Friday, February 28th at 10:00pm. You will receive instant notifications if you are the highest bidder or if you have been outbid. There will be an option to set your max bid price per item. The last bid on an item when the Silent Auction closes will be declared the winner. Raffle Ticket sales will close Sunday night and winners will be announced on social media on Monday, March 3rd.
Check Out
At the close of the auction, each guest will be notified of their winning items and be prompted to submit final payment. If you forget to check out, we will charge your credit card on file with the 3.63% fee included. Receipts will be sent via email.
Item Pick Up
Any item that can be sent virtually will be sent to you using your email registered in the bidding system. Anyone with winning bids on physical items have the option to take your items home after the event. Items left will be kept securely and will be available for pick up on Monday and Tuesday from 7:45-9:30am and 3:15-5:30pm. There will be a $20 charge per day for items left after Tuesday.
