• Winners don't need to be present to win.
• Ticket Numbers will delivered via email with printable ticket(s).
  • Upon your online purchase you will receive an auto-generated email with your purchase confirmation.
  • Within 10 business days, you will receive a second email containing your assigned ticket numbers and your tickets will be prepared and secured until the drawing. 
  • Tickets will not be mailed.
• Trips are non-transferable once booked. Must book within 12 months and use within 24 months.
• All Trips Blackout dates:  The weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.
• No cash option is available.
• The winners are responsible for all taxes.
• Once contacted, if the prize is not claimed within 10 business days, we reserve the right to draw another ticket/winner.
