Step 1.) Get Your Tickets

Visit https://gdwcar.com/auction-tix to get your tickets/table if you plan on attending the Dinner & Live Auction! Want to just take part in the online silent auction? Skip to Step 2!

Step 2.) Create Your Bidding Account

Once you register yourself/your table, please visit https://gdwcar.com/bidding to create your bidding account.

You MUST have a bidding account created if you plan on bidding online, in-person, or both!

How To Register

Auction Item Pick-up Information

All winners will be notified after the close of the auction on August 16th with instructions on how to pick up their items.

If you are attending the Live Auction and Dinner, items will be available to take home the evening of the event.

What If I Bid Online?

Online Silent Auction winners will need to pick up their winnings the week of August 19th, between 9 am and 4 pm at the Association office. Pick-up must occur before Friday, August 23rd.

Auction Item Pick-up Information

All winners will be notified after the close of the auction on August 15th with instructions on how to pick up their items.

If you are attending the Live Auction and Dinner, items will be available to take home the evening of the event.

What If I Bid Online?

Online Silent Auction winners will need to pick up their winnings the week of August 18th, between 9 am and 4 pm at our office. Pick-up must occur before Friday, August 22nd.
