Step 2.) Create Your Bidding Account

Once you register yourself/your table, please click "Sign Up" or the "CREATE Bidding Account" button on this page.

Please Note: Credit Card is Required to Register

TREPAC credit will be awarded to the winning bidder and to the local association that donated the item. All auction items will be mailed to the winner at the conclusion of the event.

DRESS CODE

This is a western-themed Auction. Feel free to wear your Hats, Boots, and Bling -or- Business Casual.

Auction Item Pick-up Information

All winners will be notified after the close of the auction on Aug 14 with instructions on how to pick up their items.

If you are attending the Live Auction and Dinner, items will be available to take home the evening of the event.

What If I Bid Online?

Online Silent Auction winners will need to pick up their winnings the week of August 18th, between 9 am and 4 pm at our office. Pick-up must occur before Friday, August 22nd.

Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.  Contributions to the Texas REALTORS®️ Political Action Committee (TREPAC) and the Texas Association of REALTORS®️ Federal Political Action Committee (TAR FedPAC)—which makes contributions to the REALTORS®️ Political Action Committee(RPAC)—are voluntary and may be used for political purposes.  The amount indicated is merely a guideline, and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount.  You may refuse to contribute without reprisal, and the National Association of REALTORS®️, Texas REALTORS®️, and its local associations will not favor or disadvantage anyone because of the amount contributed.  Until the RPAC annual goal is met, 70% of an individual’s contribution goes to TREPAC and may be used to support state and local candidates; the remaining 30% is sent to TAR FedPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116. (Exception: 100% of an individual’s contribution goes to TREPAC if the individual is an employee of an affiliate member of Texas REALTORS®️.) After the RPAC annual goal is met, 100% of an individual’s contribution goes to TREPAC and may be used to support state and local candidates.
