Doors open at 6:30 for cocktails and the silent auction, set among the Perot’s galleries. Dinner and the live auction follow, and the night closes with dancing.
The Venue
For 2027 the Auction moves to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in downtown Dallas — a fitting setting for a school that teaches its students to ask “what if?”

Signature experiences, travel, and one-of-a-kind packages go up from the stage. Every one of them is given by a member of this community.
Fund-A-Need
Once each year the community funds one specific need outright. Past Fund-A-Needs have delivered playground renovations, a school bus, and investment in Athletics and Fine Arts.

Corporate and family sponsorships underwrite the evening so that more of every dollar raised reaches our students. Sponsors are recognized here and on site.
The Live and Silent Auctions are built entirely from what our families and local businesses contribute. An experience, a service, a stay, a skill. All donations are tax deductible and benefit Alcuin School directly.
The Auction is one night, but Best Parties run all year. A family or business hosts a gathering — a paella night, a watch party, a craft afternoon, a movie in the backyard — covers the costs, and 100% of ticket sales go to Alcuin. Hosts set the theme, the guest list, and the ages.
