WHAT IS SADDLE UP?

Saddle Up is a bold night of Texas hospitality where leaders, donors, and champions of the State Fair of Texas come together to back the brand and move the mission forward!

Guests enjoy an evening of celebration featuring live and silent auctions, midway-style games, special activations, and true Texas hospitality, all surrounded by a community that believes in the future of the Fair and the students it supports.

Every bid, every table, and every moment of generosity fuels the future of the Big Tex Youth Livestock Auction and Scholarship Programs, supporting students across the Lone Star State!


YOUR CONTRIBUTION MAKES A DIFFERENCE

At the heart of the night is the Big Tex Youth Livestock Auction and the students whose hard work and leadership make this tradition so meaningful.

100% of every dollar raised fuels the Big Tex Youth Livestock Auction and Scholarship Programs, helping students pursue higher education, develop leadership skills, and carry forward the values that define Texas.

Through Saddle Up and the support of the Big Tex Champion Club — the Fair’s dedicated buyers community — more premiums are placed on student projects while also advancing the Big Tex Scholarship Program, which has awarded more than $20 million in scholarships to over 3,700 Texas students.

Whether you join us for the celebration or support the effort from afar, Saddle Up expands opportunities for Texas students and strengthens the agricultural traditions that define the State Fair of Texas!
