For more than 40 years, Mid-Cities SOS rallied Tarrant County to stand with survivors of domestic violence through powerful advocacy and signature events like Celebrity Chefs.
Though SOS closed its doors at the end of 2025, its impact continues. The Archway is proud to carry forward SOS’s legacy by hosting the annual Celebrity Chefs event.
Celebrity Chefs is more than a night out. It’s a celebration of generosity, community, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe in their relationships. We hope you’ll be part of this meaningful evening as we celebrate where we’ve been and the bright (and safe!) future we're building for survivors.
All proceeds from Celebrity Chefs benefit The Archway and families escaping domestic violence.
About The Archway
Every day, someone walks through our doors with a story they never imagined would be theirs:
- A mother escaping in the middle of the night with her newborn baby.
- A teenager unsure of who to trust.
- A survivor returning to court again, hoping this time justice will be served.
For 50 years, The Archway (formerly SafeHaven) has been Tarrant County's principle domestic violence service provider, offering the only full continuum of care for survivors and their children.
Rooted in decades of frontline experience, we offer the full range of support survivors need today, while leading bold efforts to prevent violence tomorrow - here in Tarrant County and beyond.
