Chase's Place School

Chase's Place School

Chase’s Place School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that opened in 2003 as one of the first schools of its kind in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The school serves students ranging in age from five through young adulthood who have physical and cognitive disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, and other neurological disorders.

Chase’s Place offers a comprehensive, integrated curriculum designed to support the whole student. Programming includes social-emotional development, sensory integration, daily living skills, community-based training, speech therapy, occupational therapy, recreational therapy, and traditional academic instruction. Distinct from any other educational programs serving this population, Chase’s Place maintains a 1:2 staff-to-student ratio, ensuring each student receives a high level of individualized attention and support.

At Chase’s Place, we believe every individual possesses unique abilities and strengths that contribute meaningfully to their own lives and to the broader community. Our mission is to help students identify and develop these abilities, fostering independence to the greatest extent possible and empowering them to live full and purposeful lives.

Little Masterpieces

Little Masterpieces

Art with Heart and Purpose

Local artists partner with the talented students of Chase’s Place to create a one of a kind collection known as Little Masterpieces. Each piece begins as original artwork created by a Chase’s Place student and is thoughtfully enhanced by professional artists who generously donate their time and talent. The result is a truly unique collaboration, celebrating creativity, inclusion, and community.

Through this artistic partnership, students gain valuable opportunities to build functional life skills that extend far beyond the canvas. These experiences support the development of fine and gross motor skills, strength, and range of motion, while also fostering positive social interaction and essential executive functioning skills such as focus, sequencing, communication, and following directions.

Proceeds from the sale of each Little Masterpiece directly support Chase’s Place programming, helping to promote continued growth in social emotional health, community training, recreation, communication, functional academics, and motor development.

By supporting Little Masterpieces, you’re not only acquiring a meaningful work of art you’re investing in the potential, progress, and future of our wonderful students.
