Silent Auction: The Silent Auction will close on 2/21 at 8:30pm. You will receive notifications if you are outbid and have the option to set a maximum bid for each item. The highest bid at the time of closing will be declared the winner. Some items feature a "Buy It Now" button, allowing you to bypass the bidding process and secure the item immediately.

Payment: At the close of the auction, winning bidders will be notified via text and prompted to submit their final payments, which is recommended for expedited check-out. If you prefer, you can ask our check-out staff to process the payment for you. Furthermore, any remaining unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file after the event. You will be sent a receipt via email as long as you have input that information into your bidding account. 

Item Pickup: If you win a physical item, voucher or certificate, please stop by the checkout table after the event ends to collect it. 

Raffle:  Winners do not have to be present to win.

The Fine Print: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. All items are sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully, as some items may have restrictions. By participating in the auction, you agree to these terms and conditions.
