- August 6th at 9am: Bidding officially goes live! The auction begins accepting bids, giving you the chance to win big for CRT.

Pickup and Shipping of Auction Items
Please pick up your winning auction item(s) from the CRT administrative offices, located at 124 N. Main Street, during regular box office hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm or Sunday 10am-2pm) - OR - contact Sammy Heroux (sammy@creederep.com / (719) 658-2540 x 2010) to arrange a specific pickup time or shipment of your item(s). Items must be picked up or shipped by September 30, 2026. Winning bidders are responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Are you a Colorado Donor?
Did you know, Creede Repertory Theatre is a certified Colorado Enterprise Zone Contribution Project? This means your gift is eligible for 25% state tax credit, including all cash gifts and any Auction Purchase above Fair Market Value!

FAQ / Bidding Auction Guide
How to Register/Sign In
- Click the Register/Sign In for Online Auction button above
- If you are already found as a Bidder, you’ll receive a one-time login code by text or email, Enter the Code.
- If you are not yet registered, fill out the form and click “Continue” to follow the prompts. Make sure to click "Yes" to agree to receive text notifications during our auction.
- If the auction IS open, you will receive a text with your one-time log-in code. (Didn’t receive the text? Click ‘Resend Code’ & select where (mobile# or e-mail) you want to receive your code.) Enter One-Time Code into the box & Complete payment information.
- If the auction is NOT yet open, you will receive a message and can come back later to sign in with the information you used to register.
- When you return, click the hamburger icon > Auction near the Menu Box.
- Start Bidding!
How to Browse and Bid
- Once logged in, search by item number, keyword, or category.
- Tap the Place Bid button on any item to: Place a fast bid, Enter a Custom Bid, Set a Max Bid or View Item Details
- Tap All Items to view everything you’ve bid on or won.
- Use the hamburger icon (top right) > My Account to update your profile information if needed.
How Max Bidding Works for Bidders
- On the bidding site, click Bid/Set Max on an item
- Enter the maximum amount you’re willing to spend
- Click Set Max (Only you can see your max bid)
- The system will now automatically bid in increments until your max is reached
- If someone bids beyond your max bid, you will be notified via text with a link to continue bidding

Yes! Just text START to (855) 800-4975 to re-enable text notifications.
Did I win anything?
After the auction ends, you will receive a text letting you know if you’ve won and next steps for payment and item retrieval.
