As the Dallas Office Managing Partner at Ernst & Young LLP, Michelle oversees daily operations in one of the firm’s largest markets. A Dallas native, she advocates for diversity and prioritizes client needs. Her leadership fosters inclusivity and exceptional development opportunities, reflecting EY’s commitment to building a better working world. Michelle exemplifies service beyond the workplace with CRD as past Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee. As a key member of the Jobs Committee, she has been instrumental in securing numerous Job Partners, beginning with EY as a founding partner of the program. Michelle, a licensed CPA, holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She serves on the boards of United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Dallas Regional Chamber, Jesuit Dallas Foundation, and Cristo Rey Dallas.
