Founded in 2022, the FAT Brands Foundation was created to uplift and unite the communities in which FAT Brands operates. While the company’s 17-brand portfolio is deeply rooted in charitable initiatives both locally and nationally, FAT Brands, as an organization, is seeking to magnify those efforts further. The 501(c)(3) organization is aimed at partnering with local non-profit organizations to provide essential programs to help families and communities thrive.

FAT Brands Foundation is recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations submitted via this website are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law and are processed in U.S. dollars. 100% of proceeds from the Auction and Raffle, and 100% of donations fund grant awards for local community organizations. FAT Brands Foundation does not use any proceeds from this event for event or operational costs.

About the Auction & Raffle

About the Auction & Raffle

Thank you for supporting FAT Brands Foundation!

The silent auction will take place in person at the opening night Welcome event of the FAT Brands Summit, April 17, 2024 from 5p-8:30p Pacific Time at the Wynn Resort, however online bidding will begin Monday, April 15. You do not need to be present to bid on items, but if you are in person, we will have the items available for collection at the end of the event. Bidding is all done via mobile, and you must be registered (see above, where you enter a mobile phone#) to participate.

The Raffle will be ongoing throughout the Summit, with the final winner drawn live at the morning General Session Friday, April 19, you do not need to be present to win, but you must purchase your ticket while in Las Vegas, NV  pursuant to NRS 462.180, Nevada Gaming Control Board (“NGCB”) Regulations 4A.040 and 4A.050, and the NGCB’s rules for charitable raffles. See us at the Foundation Booth to purchase your tickets.
