This year's event will not be a seated dinner and will not have assigned tables.  For your comfort, there will be open seating and cocktail tables.

Entertainment

Get ready for a night to remember with Intensity Band x DJ Hybrid! We'll have the best of both worlds- a Live DJ and a Live Band throughout the night to keep the party going. Check them out here. 

After a record-breaking live auction in 2024, Professional Auctioneer & Benefit Auctioneer Specialist, Andrew Bost is back from Austin, TX! He focuses exclusively on non-profit fundraising & is ready to help run for the roses!

Paddock Party

Prior to the main event, Reserve Club, Homestretch Club, Turf Club, Clubhouse Silver, and Clubhouse Mint sponsorship levels are invited to join us at our Paddock Party at 6:00 pm. This party will include exclusive entertainment, dinner stations & premium open bar! 

General Admission Info 

Infield ticket purchasers are invited to join us for the main event in the beginning at 7:30 pm. This event will include entertainment by Intensity Band x DJ Hybrid, hors d’oeuvres, open bar & dessert. The live auction and raffle drawing will start at 8:30 pm.

Event Highlights

Make sure to check out the Premium Bourbon Tasting Bar, Wine Pull, Horseshoes & Games, Multiple Photo Booths, and Caricature Artist! Also, don’t forget to buy your Commemorative Mint Julep Cup filled with a specialty cocktail! 

Our judges will be on the lookout for our Derby Fashion Contest winners in these 3 categories:  Most Fashionable Couple, Most Authentic Derby Outfit, and Best Hat. The winners will be announced and presented with their prize at 8:30 pm before the Live Auction begins. Contest prizes sponsored by the Kabani Foundation.

Where do proceeds from the event go?

All proceeds from the event go towards the Growing Stronger Together Campaign, our current capital campaign for the future of Greenhill School in the areas of STEM + Innovation and Athletics. Our current capital campaign funded the newly opened Rosa O. Valdes STEM and Innovation Center last spring and in the next phase, beginning this February, will enhance our Athletics Facilities.  

Online Auction Information 

Check out: At the close of auction, each guest will be notified of their winning items and be prompted to submit final payment. If you forget to check out, we will charge your credit card on file. Receipts will be sent via email. 

Item Pick Up:  Any item that can be sent virtually will be sent to you using your email registered in the bidding system. Anyone with physical items will be contacted with pick-up instructions. Detailed instructions will follow. 

The Fine Print: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. All items sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully as some items may have restrictions. We are grateful for your support.
