FAQs

> What time does everything start?

Underwriters and VIP ticket holders can check in starting at 5:45 pm and enjoy a special reception with premium bar, casino tables, and a few surprises. General check-in starts at 6:45 pm.

No tickets necessary – show up, give our check-in team your name, and they will do the rest. VIP guests will receive a gold wristband, which will give access to the VIP Reception and premium bar all evening.

> Rideshare is Encouraged

Alto Rideshare is strongly encouraged! Compliments of our luxury rideshare partner Alto, please enjoy up to $20 in ride credit with code GREENHILL26 for $10 off 2 rides on 3/7/26. Open or download the Alto app and add code GREENHILL26 during sign-up or under Promotions in the Profile tab of the Alto app. Once added, your credit will automatically apply to your rides. An Alto membership is not required.

> Valet Parking

Available at the Thompson Hotel for $17, charged to your bidder number. If your Underwriting Package includes a Valet Pass, it will be noted on your profile at check-in.

Dedicated Event Valet is located at 1401 Elm Street (Garage Entrance); bypass the Monarch/Catbird Entrance and go straight to Garage. There will be DPD assisting with traffic.

> What is the attire?

Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and look your best! We’re planning a more elevated evening this year, so men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or a tuxedo. Women can opt for cocktail attire or formal wear.

> What else can we expect?

The night will begin with a three-course seated dinner. We have a great program in store, followed by the Live Auction. Expect some fun surprises! After the Live Auction, get your moves ready for the dance floor as Limelight Band plays for the rest of the evening.

> How does seating work?

Table assignments will be provided when you check in at the event. Our Gala team has thoughtfully curated the seating chart to honor as many requests as possible while also fostering connection within our parent/guardian community. With more than 650 guests attending this special evening, we’re unable to make seating changes on-site. Thank you in advance for your understanding and flexibility!

What's happening at the After Party?

For those who want to keep the party going, we have reserved the entire enclosed outdoor area at Catbird. There will be late-night bites, drinks, and a fun vibe to continue the celebration!
