Raffle terms and conditions:

• Must be 18 or older to enter.
• One (1) winning prize consists of a customized diamond jewelry piece with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $15,000. 
• Drawing will be held on: March 7, 2026.
• Winners need not be present to win.
• Raffle tickets are non-refundable and not tax-deductible.
• Prize is not convertible to cash or student account credit and is not transferable.
• Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• In accordance with IRS regulations, prizes valued over $5,000 are subject to 24% federal income tax withholding, which must be paid to Greenhill prior to award of the prize. Greenhill will remit the required withholding amount to the IRS on behalf of the winner.
• The winner must complete Form W-9 to provide taxpayer information before the prize can be awarded.
