Silent Auction
The Silent Auction will close on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 9:00pm. You will receive notifications if you are outbid and have the option to set a maximum bid for each item. The highest bid at the time of closing will be declared the winner.
Payment
At the close of the auction, winning bidders will be notified and prompted to submit their final payments. Unpaid balances at 10:45pm on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, will be charged to the card on file. Receipts will be sent via email.
Item Pickup
Pick up your items between 7:30 am and 11:30 am in Shutters (next to the Lantern Room Restaurant) at the Sea Crest Beach Resort on Thursday, September 10, 2026. If you are not attending the MAR 2026 Conference, email charitable@marealtor.com for alternate pick up arrangements. By participating in the auction, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The Fine Print
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. All items are sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully, as some items may have restrictions.
