Silent Auction - You will receive notifications if you are outbid and have the option to set a maximum bid for each item. The highest bid at the time of item closing will be declared the winner.
Buy It Now - Some items feature a "Buy It Now" button, allowing you to bypass the bidding process and secure the item immediately.
Payment - At the close of the auction, winning bidders will be notified and prompted to submit their final payments. Unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file, with a 3.63% processing fee included. Receipts will be sent via email.
Item Pickup - Virtual items will be emailed to the address registered in the bidding system. If you win a certificate item, you will be contacted via email following the event. Other item pickup information will be texted to you following the event.
The Fine Print - All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. All items are sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully, as some items may have restrictions.
