1. All bids placed during the auction are final and binding; the highest bidder at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner of the item. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer's decision is final.

2. Payment for all winning bids is due at the close of the auction. Payment can be made in cash or credit card. Failure to make payment will result in forfeiture of the item.

3. All items are sold "as is" and all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

4. All items need to be picked up the night of the event or arrangement made to pick up at the visitors center during regular hours.
