By bidding in our auction, you agree to the terms and conditions.

How to Pay: At the close of auction, each guest will be notified of their winning items and be prompted to submit final payment. We will process unpaid balances to your card on file at the end of the night with the 3.63% processing fee included.  Receipts will be sent via email. Thank you for your support - every dollar we raise is committed back into immediate grant programs supporting our four mission pillars. 

Item Pick Up: Any item that can be sent virtually will be sent to you using your email registered in the bidding system. Anyone with physical items will be contacted via email using the registered email in the bidding system following the event to set up delivery or shipment. Thank you for your patience! 

The Fine Print: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. All items sold "AS IS" so please read your descriptions, restrictions or gift certificates carefully - we are grateful for so many incredibly action contributions as well as the bidding support of friends near and far!
