GENERAL ADMISSION OPENS (7:00 PM - 11:30 PM) - The celebration continues as the doors open for General Admission at Runway to Hope!  Enjoy an unforgettable evening filled with live music, games, mingling, and opportunities to give back. Browse and bid on an exciting selection of items in our silent auction, challenge your friends to a few games, and enjoy the energy of a live band as you connect with friends, colleagues, and members of our community.

A cash bar will be available throughout the evening, making it easy to grab a drink, relax, and enjoy the celebration.

DINNER BUFFET OPENS (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM) - 

At 7:00 PM, the evening comes together for a special dinner experience. Guests will make their way to their assigned table number and settle in for an evening of great food, great music, and an even greater purpose.

Enjoy a delicious dinner buffet while the live band continues to provide the soundtrack for the evening. As you dine and connect with those around you, take a moment to celebrate the generosity of our guests and the meaningful impact of the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation.

PROGRAM BEGINS (8:00 PM) - 

As the evening continues, we invite our guests to pause, gather, and experience the heart behind Runway to Hope.

Jim Fite will welcome guests and share a few words about the vision and mission of the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation. Guests will also hear directly from a recipient whose life has been touched by the Foundation, offering a meaningful and personal reminder of why this work matters.

Together, we’ll celebrate the power of generosity, the impact of giving, and the hope created when a community comes together to support those in need.

DESSERT DASH (8:30 PM) - 

Get ready to dash for dessert!

Tables will be called in groups, so when your table is announced, it’s time to move! One lucky representative from each table will race to the dessert table and choose their favorite sweet treat for everyone at their table to enjoy.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THIS EVENT?

Think date night at the museum!

Come dressed for a nice dinner or night. Polished, comfortable, and fun, but not formal.

For the ladies: cute dresses, dressy jeans, jumpsuits, or a nice top and pants.
For the gentlemen: nice jeans or slacks, polos, button downs, or a casual sport coat.

Dress up a little, keep it comfortable, and make it your own!

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT?

Free self parking is available for all guests attending the event.

CAN I BRING GUESTS WITH ME?

Absolutely! We encourage you to invite friends, family, and colleagues to join in the festivities and support the worthy cause. Simply ensure that each guest has their own ticket for entry.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE EVENT?

To allow all guests a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend this event. However, children 16 years of age and older may attend if accompanied by an adult.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

Yes! A limited number of tickets may be available for purchase at the door, but we recommend purchasing in advance to secure your spot.

WHAT ORGANIZATIONS WILL BENEFIT FROM THE PROCEEDS OF THE EVENT?

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation and Easterseals Lonestar, supporting their impactful initiatives and programs in the community.

WILL THERE BE A BAR AT THE EVENT, AND WHAT DRINKS WILL BE AVAILBLE?

Yes, there will be a cash bar offering a variety of beverages, including sodas, beer, wine, and spirits.

HAVE ROOMS BEEN BLOCKED OFF AT NEARBY HOTELS FOR GUESTS?

At this time, we do not have a hotel or room block reserved for the event. Guests are welcome to make their own accommodations at a hotel that best fits their needs and preferences.
