What to Expect!
Join us for an unforgettable Kentucky Derby–themed celebration benefiting Greenwood Elementary School PTCO, where Southern charm meets festive fun. Guests will enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres, an open bar featuring classic mint juleps, and a lively atmosphere filled with fabulous Derby outfits, playful games, and stylish photo opportunities perfect for capturing the moment. From bold hats to friendly competition and great company, this spirited event promises a winning day at the races—all in support of an important cause.
All funds raised at the event will go directly toward crucial support of Greenwood teachers and staff, enriching our students' elementary experience. This includes funding for teacher assistant salaries, teacher grant requests, and staff appreciation events, among many other things!

Payment
At the close of the auction, winning bidders will be notified and prompted to submit their final payments. Unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file, with a 3.63% processing fee included. Receipts will be sent via email.
Item Pickup
Virtual items will be emailed to the address registered in the bidding system. If you win a certificate item, you will be contacted via email following the event. All auction items must be picked up at the event. By participating in the auction, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The Fine Print
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. All items are sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully, as some items may have restrictions. Thank you for your generous support!
