Sponsor an AALO Coaching Home where primary and high school students receive after-school academic coaching in small groups led by expert tutors in math and science for Grades III/IV and IX/X underprivileged students. We select students from poor families who are struggling academically and are at risk of dropping out. The tutoring helps them recover their grades and stay in school. Our centers routinely demonstrate excellent results at board exams.

Support the AALO Tailoring School, where young rural women learn tailoring as a vocational skill, allowing them to set up their own home based shops. Economic empowerment allows women from these rural societies, not only greater independence but higher esteem from their families and greater say in helping educate their own children. The students are taught both theoretical tailoring lessons and on-hands experiences on the sewing machines.

Sponsor AALO Vocational Centers which include, Medical Assistant course, Mobile Phone Repairing course, Electrical House wiring and appliance Repairing course, Solar Cell Installation course. These skills are in short supply particularly in rural areas. Having these skills allows our graduate to secure employment or start their own business

Many of the Labs in rural high schools for critical science subjects- Physics, Chemistry, Biology suffer from lack of equipment and supplies. Lily foundation help existing labs modernize their equipment and supplies so that the students receive adequate hands on experience Your donation will provide much-needed funds to upgrade outdated equipment and technology in science labs, enhancing students' learning experiences in India. By modernizing these labs, students will have access to cutting-edge resources and tools to better prepare them for future STEM careers.
