Bid From Anywhere

You do not have to attend the Fall Festival to participate in the online silent auction. The Silent Auction bidding begins online on Thursday, October 8, at 12:00 p.m. CST and closes on Monday, October 12, at 9:00 p.m. CST. 

Browse the available items, place your bids and receive notifications if you are outbid. When bidding closes, the highest eligible bid on each item will be declared the winner.

You will receive instant notifications if you are the high bidder or have been outbid. When the auction closes, the last bid on an item will be declared the winner. 

How to Register to Bid

• Go to okcmar.muradbid.com and click Login/Register on the navigation bar.
• Or Text okcmar to 855-800-4975 and click the link to register
• Please fill out the form and click 'Submit'. 

How to Bid 

• Type okcmar.muradbid.com into your browser’s address bar or click on the unique bidding URL texted/emailed to you. 
• Click Login.
• Enter your mobile phone number or email address and tap GO. (we recommend entering your mobile number as it is faster!)
• Confirm you are the name listed, then hit "Continue".
• Once completely logged in, you can search by item #, keyword, or category.
• To place a bid, tap on the blue "Bid/Info" button. There, you can place a fast bid, set a maximum bid, and view details about the items. 
• Tap on MENU > MY ITEMS to view your activity throughout the event.

Checkout

• Once the auction has ended, winning bidders will be notified, and payment information will be sent. 
• Credit card payments will be processed through the e-commerce system. Courtni Smith at csmith@okcmar.org can assist in the check-out process if needed. You may round up your total if desired.
• If paying by check, please make the check payable to OKCMAR (do not write your check until you are picking up your items)
• Must be 21 and over for any items containing alcohol
• Once payment is received, you can pick up your item at the OKCMAR office, located at 3131 NW Expressway. 

Auction Rules

• The auction will open online at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, and close at 9:00 PM CST on Monday, October 12.
• Only registered guests are eligible to participate in the silent auction. 
• All winners will be notified by text, and an email link will be sent to complete the payment process.
• All payments must be received within 48 hours of receiving the payment link to complete the transaction.
• Once payment is received, proceed to the pickup area at the event. If you are unable to attend the event, you can pick up your item at the OKCMAR Office, located at 3131 NW Expressway.
• All sales are final

Silent Auction FAQs

• DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE FALL FESTIVAL TO BID? No. The online silent auction is open to registered bidders whether or not they attend the festival.

• WHEN CAN I BID? Bidding begins on Thursday, October 8, at 12:00 p.m. CST and closes on Monday, October 12 at 9:00pm CST.

• WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN OUTBID? Yes. Registered bidders will receive an automatic text or email notification when they are outbid.

• CAN I REMOVE A BID? After placing a bid, you can "undo" it by clicking on the confirmation banner at the top of the screen. However, once that banner disappears, a bid cannot be removed.

• HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON? Winning bidders will be notified by text or email after the auction closes. Winners may also view their results under “My Items.”

• HOW DO I PAY? Winning bidders will receive a secure payment link and checkout instructions after the auction closes.

• HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ITEM? Paid items may be collected at the Fall Festival. Winners who cannot attend may arrange pickup from the OKCMAR office.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its behalf and behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Disputes Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you reside.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or the United States government has designated that as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our Service.

You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
