Silent Auction - The Silent Auction will close at 1:45pm on Friday, May 8. You will receive notifications if you are outbid and have the option to set a maximum bid for each item. The highest bid at the time of closing will be declared the winner.
Payment - At the close of the auction, winning bidders will be notified and prompted to submit their final payments. Any unpaid balances after the event will be charged to the card on file, with a 4% processing fee included. Receipts will be sent via email.
Item Pickup - Auction items should be picked up by attendees at the close of the event in the Registration/Check-Out area.
The Fine Print - All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. All items are sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully, as some items may have restrictions. By participating in the auction, you agree to these terms and conditions.
