In Person Event Information

When: April 9, 2026

Time: 6:00pm to 9:00pm

Where: Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (500 N Akard St Suite 4000, Dallas, TX 75201)

Parking: Complimentary valet parking is available in the front circle drive of Ross Tower. Guests may self-park in the Spurgeon Harris Parking Garage, located adjacent to Ross Tower. Parking validation is available at the reception desk on the 40th floor upon arrival. To help expedite the validation process, please bring a photo of your license plate.

Attire: We’d love to see you in your finest Dolly inspired outfit. Think pink, sparkles, country, and denim. The bigger the better. 

Cost: Free as a Tennessee breeze—come on in and join the fun!

Just like Dolly’s coat of many colors, the event is full of wonderful surprises—enjoy great food, Dolly-inspired drinks, time with friends, and maybe even discover your new favorite item or restaurant.

Silent Auction

The Silent Auction will close on April 9, 2026 at 8:30pm CT. When you bid on an item you will have the option to set a maximum bid for each item.  During the auction, you will receive an email/text notification if you are outbid. The highest bid at closing time will be declared the winner.

Payment

At the close of the auction, winning bidders will be notified and prompted to submit their final payments. Unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file. Receipts will be sent via email. Payment must be completed to pick up winnings.

Item Pickup

Please pick up your items during check-out at the Silent Auction, which will start at 8:30 pm.  If you are not present, you can have a friend at the auction pick up your items with a copy of your receipt and permission for pick up.

If you cannot pickup or have items picked up the event, please plan as follows:

Virtual items: We can email you your virtual winnings by providing us your email address. Let us know within 30 days of the auction at asc.chairs@gmail.com.

Physical items: Items not picked up on the day of the event will be held at the Shared Housing Center, located at 4611 Eastside Ave, Dallas, TX 75226. To coordinate a pickup time, please contact Maria, the Executive Director, at 214-675-8512.

Please note that any items not collected within 30 days will be donated to the Shared Housing Center. For any inquiries regarding item pickup, please email the team at asc.chairs@gmail.com.

The Fine Print

By participating in the auction, you agree to the above terms and condition. You also understand that all sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. All items are sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully, as some items may have restrictions. 

All credit card transactions will incur a 3.63% fee.
