The Zone Club at Kyle Field

PARKING:

Available at Gene Stallings Garage & University Center Garage. Parking vouchers will be given out at the end of the night as you leave.

TIMELINE:

5:30 - Doors Open

6:00 - Event Begins

7:00 - Dinner and awards

8:15 - Live Auction

9:00 - Calcutta

10:00 - After party and special raffles

10:30 - Last call

11:00 - Event Ends

INFO:

Western Elegance or Cocktail attire

All attendees will be asked if they are sitting with a table purchaser (need to be able to provide the table purchaser name), a Clover Club Member or if they purchased an individual ticket.

Bags will be checked at the door.

AUCTION:

Register for the Live/Silent Auction before you come. Silent Auction will go live MONDAY, MAY 26 and close at 9:00 pm Thursday evening of the Gala.

Buy your Calcutta tickets ahead of time! We are trying to SELL OUT before the event even begins! There will be an opportunity to buy raffle tickets for the LAST Calcutta ticket (#300) at $20 a ticket for a guaranteed chance to participate.

There will be 3 raffle items, so come prepared to buy raffle tickets! You can also purchase them here on the auction site.

HOW IT WORKS

Registration

If you have not registered, text texas4H to 855-800-4975 for a personalized link to the bidding center.

Bidding

After you register and have a credit card on file, you may bid from your mobile phone or computer.

Silent Auction

The Silent Auction will close on Thursday, June 5th at 9:00pm! You will receive instant notifications if you have been outbid. There will be an option to set your max bid price per item. The last bid on an item when the Silent Auction closes will be declared the winner.

Buy It Now

Some items have a "buy it now" button. This option is so you can bypass the bidding race and claim the item for yourself early! Don't miss out on the most priceless items and Buy it Now!

Check Out

At the close of auction, each guest will be notified of their winning items and be prompted to submit final payment. We will process unpaid balances to your card on file at the end of the night with the 3.63% processing fee included. Receipts will be sent via email. Thank you for your support!

Item Pick Up

Any item that can be sent virtually will be sent to you using your email registered in the bidding system. Anyone with physical items will receive a card with a number and a PAID notice at checkout. The numbered card you receive will correspond with the item you won. Go to the silent auction table and a worker will take your card and give you your item to take home.

If you are a remote purchaser, your item will be shipped to you the following week via FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to you using the email we have on file.

The Fine Print

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. All items sold "AS IS." Please read your gift certificates carefully as some items may have restrictions. We are grateful for your support!
